INGREDIENTS:
6 Bone in Porkchop
1 cup Green Mountain seasoning sauce (if you can’t find the seasoning sauce you can use soy sauce)
2 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 bunch of green onion (green part) –roughly chopped
4 red chili
6 cloves garlic
DIRECTION:
In a mortar and pestle…add in the roughly chopped green onion, garlic cloves, and chili. Crush the 3 ingredients finely…until it makes like a paste like solution. SET ASIDE.
In a small bowl…mix the garlic powder, salt, sugar, pepper and seasoning sauce. Stir all the ingredients together until its nicely incorporated. Next, stir in the green onion mixture and mix them all together.
Pour the mixture into a large container with lid. Next, taking each piece of porkchop and coat really well in the mixture. Once all the porkchop is coated…store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Marinate for at least 24 hours.
In a deep frying pan…I pour in about 1 cup of olive oil and pan fry the pork chop over medium heat. Depending on the thickness of your porkchops….I fried mines for about 5-7 minutes on each side. We like it ours a little crispy.
Serve with some jasmine rice…we love to eat it with some garlic green beans or just some sliced cucumber. ENJOY!!!

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, soy sauce. Then I would smash green onion, garlic, and chili.

Pan fry in some olive oil.
