Jello with whip cream and strawberry and blueberries
RED, WHITE, and BLUE BUNDT CAKE
INGREDIENT
1 box of white cake mix
1 box (5.1 oz) boxes of instant vanilla pudding
1/2 cup of veggie oil
1 1/4 cups water
4 eggs
1 cans vanilla frosting or make your own icing
Red food coloring
Blue food coloring
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray a 10 inch bundt pan with a cooking spray …I use Pam.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, puddings, oil, water and eggs with an electric mixer. Divide the batter between three bowls. In one bowl, add a few drops of red food coloring and stir until you get the desire RED COLOR. It took me about 10 drops. In the second bowl, add a few drops of blue food coloring and stir until you get to the desire BLUE color. If you can’t find BLUE…you can mix green and yellow food color until you get the nice BLUE color that you desire. FIRST, pour the red cake batter in the prepared bundt pan. Spread the batter out evenly. Next, pour the white batter over the red and carefully spread it on top. Finally, pour the blue batter on top of the WHITE batter and spread out evenly. Bake 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
While waiting for the cake to bake…MAKE your frosting. Divide the vanilla frosting or your own icing into 3 bowls and add in the red food color in one bowl, then the blue in another bowl and leaving ONE BOWL ALONE!!! Once cake have cooled. Drizzle each color frosting over the bundt cake. Garnish with sliver almond and blueberries. YOU CAN also garnish with sliced strawberries too.
