Lately I haven’t drank much coffee unless when I am subbing at the school. But since we been home for the past 2 weeks…I haven’t been drinking much coffee. BUT…lately on social media …they have been making this whip coffee aka dalgona coffee and I have been HOOK!! They are a fun twist to ice coffee. A little 411 about this dalgona coffee…it originated from South Korea. Its super easy to make…the key is that you need to make the coffee mixture…frothy or whipped. Here is my version of dalgona coffee. I had the Nescafe Tasters Choice hazelnut, Starbuck VIA instant Columbia Coffee and the Folgers brand. They are all great!!! Just remember you dont want any that comes already sweeten….because it will be SUPER SWEET!!!
