This is my version of Mr B’s BBQ shrimp recipe. Every time I go to a restaurant and they have BBQ SHRIMP on the menu…I always ORDER it. I love Mr B’s BBQ SHRIMP and my other favorite place is High Hat Cafe. When my local grocery store have these JUMBO SHRIMP on sale..I always pick up about 5lbs and would make BBQ Shrimp for the at least 2 times that week. We love BBQ shrimp in our house. I think we also love because of the FRENCH BREAD that we use to dip in the sauce. This week…my brother gave me about 10 lbs of these JUMBO SHRIMP yesterday and so I had to change out my menu this week. Fresh JUMBO SHRIMP with the head is the best for making BBQ SHRIMP. This recipe is super flavorful…it is alot if ingredients but you can throw it all together and cook it all in 1 POT!! WIN WIN!! All of these seasonings ….I have on hand all the time …so I can wipe them up anytime. DON’T FORGET THE FRENCH BREAD!!

2lb jumbo shrimp (12 shrimp per pound) with heads and unpeeled
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon dried thymes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon paprika
3 stick of unsalted butter
French Bread (for dipping all those yummy juice)

lemon sliced
chopped parlsey

In a large skillet add in the 3 stick of butter …once it melt.. ADD in all the jumbo SHRIMP with all the ingredients and cook over medium heat. Cook until the shrimp turns PINK. Cook for about 10-15 minutes. Remove skillet from heat. Place shrimp in a bowl and pour sauce over top. Garnish with sliced lemon and chopped parsley. Serve with French bread for dipping.

I leave the head on but I do trim the head and tail down a little

Add the butter then shrimp and all the seasoning in

Half way cooked…shrimp turning pink

Garnish with chopped parsley and sliced lemon

I cut the french bread in a section and add a little olive oil …bake at 350 for about 6 minutes

Into the oven @350 for about 6 minutes
