Ever since we been home from Disneyworld..I have been so busy trying to pick up Christmas decor and DECLUTTERING!!! I realize that I need to start unpacking all the BOXES that I packed away during my HOUSE renovation during June 2016-January 2017…that is 2 years ago and I still have TONS of boxes that I didn’t unpack. After both of my parents passed away summer 2017. I have just been LIVING day by day…trying to stay afloat. I JUST buy the items that I NEED even though I know I already have those items but TOO TOO LAZY to find it and UNPACK it. So, during my DISNEY trip …I told myself that I WILL MAKE 2019 BETTER!!! I will start LIVING again and making our HOUSE a HOME again for me and my FAMILY…especially the kids. I will NOT buy more JUNK and spend the money on ADVENTURES!!!
Since I have been so busy cleaning up and packing away Christmas decor..we have been eating breakfast food or making easy and quick snacks for us to eat. Plus, I am trying to clean out the FREEZER and refrigerator. Also, taking dry food out of my PANTRY and making what I can.
During the Christmas break …I had made spaghetti and bought this HUGE BOX of Texas Toast from Sam’s and I wanted to used that up. So, I instead of buying bagels or French bread….I used these Texas Toast and the KIDS LOVED IT!!! It was a HUGE HIT!!!
INGREDIENTS:
6 pieces of garlic Texas Toast (I used 1 pack)
1/2 cup of PIZZA sauce (I got the one from Trader Joes)
1/2 cup Mexican blend cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
DIRECTION:
Preheat oven to 350 degree.
On a large BAKING sheet…cover with parchment paper..lay the Texas Toast in a single layer.
Bake the Texas Toast for 5 minutes then take it out the oven and spoon a SPOONFUL of pizza sauce over the TEXAS TOAST then sprinkle a generous amount of cheese on top. Place a dash of Italian seasoning on top of the cheese then lay the pepperoni on top of the cheese. Put back into the oven for another 5-7 minutes. Depending on how crispy you like the bottom or crust. SERVE HOT!!!

SIDE NOTE: You can add any topping that you like…you can have a whole PIZZA bar and have the kids add what they like.
