My kids LOVE this season pasta with STEAK or GRILLED SALMON or CHICKEN. We kinda got tired of eating butter pasta or Alfredo pasta. Even though this recipe sounds kinda FUNKY..because of the KETCHUP … but trust me…its so good…I actually like it on thin spaghetti pasta noodles more. My kids like the thick pasta. You can use any pasta of your choice!!!
INGREDIENTS
1 pack of pasta ( cooking according to package)
1 stick unsalted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon chicken powder
2 teaspoon ketchup
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
dash of SUGAR
*****RESERVE 1/4 cup of pasta water
DIRECTION
COOK pasta according to package ( I DID NOT ADD SALT to the PASTA WATER because I didn’t want the pasta to be too salty). Next, drain the pasta and reserve 1/4 cup pasta water…this is just in case your pasta is too dry. Pour the pasta back into the pot and add in the stick of unsalted BUTTER, 2 teaspoon chicken powder, 2 teaspoon ketchup, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and dash of sugar. If you feel that your pasta is too dry…slowly pour in the pasta water…until you get the desire consistency. Serve PASTA HOT!! We love eating our pasta with steak or salmon 😉

Drain the pasta water …but reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water. Next, add in 1 stick of UNSALTED butter

Add in 2 teaspoon of chicken powder

Add in 2 teaspoon of ketchup

Add in 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Add in pinch of sugar..and 1/2 teaspoon of cracked black pepper

If you feel that its a little dry…add in the 1/4 cup of pasta water
Serve it with some steak or grill salmon. Today I had it with BAKED PARMESAN COD.
