Salt Pepper Chicken Wings in AIR FRYER

Last night we didn’t want to go eat so we stayed in BUT my kids wanted some chicken wings. I had bought some sauces from Costco and they wanted to eat that instead. It had ran out of some cooking oil (vegetable/canola) so I decided to just use my air fryer instead.

This is the AIR FRYER that I have:

Shopping List:
4lb chicken wings
1 T salt
1 T garlic powder
1 t pepper
1 t chicken powder

garnish: jalapeno and green onion

Direction:

In a large bowl add your chicken wings then add all of the SEASONINGS, COVER  and put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or OVER NIGHT.

Using the air fryer….I lightly sprayed the bottom basket with just a little cooking spray because I didn’t wanted my wings to stick to the pan. Next, line your wings in the pan…making sure not to lay them on top of each other..I fit about 15 pieces in my air fryer. I air fryer at 350 for 10 minutes then I flip and air fryer another 10 minutes on the other side. Once that was done…I wanted it VERY CRISPY so I turned it to 400 (that is the highest setting that mine went up to) then I fry it for another 7 minutes. Depending on your air fryer..you might not need it to go that long. Make sure to test it out on your air fryer ….by going 3 minutes ….if its not super crispy…then add another 2-3 minutes.

I just ate mine like this….my kids dipped it in their sauces.

Garnish with sliced jalapeno and green onions.

ENJOY!!!
