INSTANT POT BAKE POTATOES
Its so funny that I never thought of making my “bake” potato in my instant pot…as much as I use my instant pot. I use my IP at least 4-5 times a week. I saw on Instagram from one of my blogger friend Toni using it for her potato and I thought I would try it since today was our bake potato bar night. It will definitely be on rotation menu in my house from now on..instead of me cranking up my oven everytime we have bake potato. Now we can have bake potato in less than 15 minutes!!! If you haven’t tried making bake potatoes in the IP…you need to try it!!! You will LOVE IT!!!
INGREDIENTS:
5 large Russel Potato
1 cup water
DIRECTIONS:
Wash the potato really well. Next, lay them in the bottom of the instant pot in 1 single roll. If you have a trivet…lay the potatoes on top of the trivet (optional). My instant pot can fit 5 perfectly. Then pour in 1 cup of cold water and close the lid turn the vent to “sealed”.
Set to high pressure and set manual to 14 minutes.
Allow pressure to release naturally for 8-10 minutes and then turn valve to release any remaining pressure.
There are so many things that you can do with these FLUFFY bake potatoes. Serve potatoes topped with ALL the fixin’s and ENJOY!
