Make sure that when you buy them…get ALOT because they are perfect as a side or just something to nibble on. These are usually on special during the summer months too!! At my local grocery store …they were .20 cent each!!!
INGREDIENTS
corn of the cob
butter
cajun seasoning
DIRECTIONS
Clean off all the husk and the outing. Wash and let them dry COMPLETELY. Next, taking your butter and lather it all over the cob. BE very GENEROUS with the butter. Taking a piece of aluminum foil and wrap each individual cob up. You wanna wrap the whole cob up so that it doesn’t burn..if the kernel burn..it will taste kinda bitter and dry. Place them on the grill in a single layer..I tried to put the seam side up…so the butter doesn’t leak into the grill. Grill for about 20 minutes. Unwrap carefully and sprinkle with some Tony Chachere or any cajun seasonings. ENJOY!!!
SIDE NOTE: You can do it in the OVEN too if you like…turn oven to 400 degree and let it bake for about 30 minutes. If you don’t have cajun seasoning..you can make your own seasoning..with some parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, and dash of salt.

These corn are amazing!!

Butter EACH corn on the cob…be very generous with the butter

Wrap each corn on the cob with aluminum foil …toss on the grill for about 15/20 minutes…then sprinkle with some Tony Chachere or any cajun seasoning
