CAKE MIX CORNBREAD
INGREDIENTS:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (9 oz) box JIFFY corn bread mix
1/3 cup milk
4 eggs
5 tablespoons butter melted
1 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Spray 9×13 glass pan with cooking spray or a regular-sized muffin tin.
Mix cake mix and corn bread mix together in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well. The batter should be nice and thick.
Pour into prepared pan (or a muffin tin)
Bake at 350-degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until baked through. Stick a toothpick in the center if it comes out clean…then its DONE!
******baking in a muffin tin, bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and baked through.
